Tomorrow, singer-songwriter Sunny Luwe will unveil the latest taste of her forthcoming album Feeling Good, with the release of It Won’t Be Long Til I See You Again. If you can't wait to hear it, give it a spin right here on MILKY exclusively before its release.

Written with long-time collaborator Matt Collins (WHARVES) and produced alongside Collins and Scott French, the song came together in just three hours, its heartfelt energy captured in real time. Inspired by ‘70s glam and ‘90s alt-pop, it layers bright melodies with lyrics that reflect on love, loss, and hope. A rich blend of soul, pop, and country-tinged warmth, the track continues Luwe’s knack for writing music that uplifts without ignoring life’s harder truths.

“I wrote this with my partner Matt after my best friend lost her brother,” Sunny shares. “This song is about loss and grief, but also about hope, love, and friendship. I wanted to create something that feels like a reminder — even when it’s dark, there’s still a brighter day waiting.” That sentiment sits at the core of It Won’t Be Long Til I See You Again; a musical embrace in the wake of loss.

To celebrate the release of Feeling Good, out October 10, Luwe will host a string of special performances, including supporting Nai Palm at The Beach Hotel (Sept 21), presenting at GC Music Network’s BandCamp (Oct 3), an album listening party and acoustic gig at Wild Flower Gin Distillery (Oct 10), and a live-on-air album launch on 4ZZZ (Oct 11).
