The legendary Kylie Minogue has dropped the second single from her upcoming fifteenth studio album, Disco. The new track, Magic, is an absolute banger!
Produced and mixed by PhD (also known as Peter Wallevik & Daniel Davidsen), the uplifting track is set to a dreamy disco soundscape. Harmonious piano and brass sounds are weaved throughout the song, all leading up to a euphoric, melodic chorus. The tracks music video sees the singer take to the dance floor, channelling the grandeur and vibrancy of 80’s club life.
The modern interpretation of disco is set to be explored more on the new album, which is due out later this year. The record will feature the hit-single, Say Something. Kylie’s last album was 2018’s Golden. The country-pop album topped the charts in Australia and the UK, placing the legendary Aussie singer as Australia’s highest-selling female artist with five chart-topping albums, and 80 million albums sold worldwide.
