Thelma Plum is finally hitting the road! After being forced to postpone her Homecoming Queen Tour due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Plum will return to the stage later this month, with Kira Puru and Molly Millington along for the ride.
Kicking off on May 20 in Toowoomba, the mammoth run of shows will continue on to the Margaret River, Fremantle, Perth, Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Torquay, Newcastle, Canberra, Thirroul and Adelaide, before wrapping up in Tweed Heads. Plum has added a handful of new shows, with a number of pre-existing performances being split into two sessions to abide by social-distancing regulations.
Speaking of the tour, the singer shares: “My team and I have been working really hard and it’s FINALLY happening!! I am so damn excited to bring the Homecoming Queen shows on the road – I’ve been looking forward to this tour for what seems like forever! I’m super lucky that my friends Kira Puru and Molly Millington are coming along for the ride as well.”
