Aussie indie-rock legends The Jungle Giants have well and truly treated fans today with the announcement on their highly anticipated fourth studio album Love Signs and national tour dates!
Featuring the previously released singles Treat You Right, In Her Eyes, Heavy Hearted and Sending Me Ur Loving, the record was created throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, written and produced solely by Sam Hales. Bringing 90s production influences, vocal falsettos laced throughout, Love Signs brings the dance-pop sonics we've come to love The Jungle Giants for.
“It’s been a really good process, really self-affirming,” Hales says of creating the record. “When you trust in your ability, and you trust in your heart, and just be really honest, that’s the best feeling in the world. The album is about all those little messages we send each other, the love signs.”
Kicking off September 3 in Hobart, the run of shows will continue on to Melbourne, Adelaide, Fremantle and Brisbane, before wrapping up on September 24 at Sydney's Hordern Pavillion. The four-piece will be bringing along Bag Raiders, with more special guests set to be announced.
Love Signs is out July 23. Tickets for the bands national tour are on sale June 1.
