Earlier this month,Melbourne’s Vermont returned with their new single, Erased. If you're loving the track like us and hanging for the visual, you can watch the music video right here on MILKY before its release!
Directed by Cian Marangos of The AV Club, the visual brings the tracks themes to life, whilst also visually capturing the groups new, heavier sonic direction. The fast-paced cinematic visual takes listeners on a doomed mission, throughout the citys underground
Speaking of the clip, the band share: “The single features a bunch of synth/programmed instruments to add to the dynamic of our new found sound which in turn inspired the cyberpunk/bladerunner theme for the music video”.
Made up of vocalist Joshua Swanwick, guitarist Jono Hnatejko, bassist Nathan Borg, and drummer Curtly Lyon, Vermont already have one EP under their belt, with Erased serving as the first taste of their forthcoming follow up. Making their debut early last year, Vermont have cut their teeth on the live circuit, sharing the stage with the likes of Stuck Out, Stepson, Pridelands, Rumours, Reside, The Comfort, and Foxblood.
