Arriving just in time for World Mental Health Day on October 10, the hopeful track shines a light on arriving at a place of self-love following experiences with trauma, grief and addition. Co-produced with Tom Carter (The Riff Factory), lo-fi hip hop beats bubble beneath spoken word verses from MILL, building to a melodic chorus laced with psych-infused synth work. SWITCH serves as the latest taste of the musicians forthcoming debut album,
"The song's thematic exploration is an introspective conversation with the self highlighting the importance of selfhood, self-love and positive reinforced internal language. Positive affirmations have been a massive part of my own practice in order to move from healing to thriving" the musician shares.
