Perth grunge rock four-piece recently dropped their new single, Disarray. If you’re a fan like us hanging to see the visual, watch the songs music video right here on MILKY before its release!
Directed by Charmaine Murray (End of Fashion, Shangrila, FLOSSY), the visual takes its inspiration from Batman’s Gotham City, we follow the clips protagonist as she explores the desolate city terrain. The dark and atmospheric music video evokes the tracks grungy and fuzzy sonics, with its main star Tahlia drawing comparisons to the disconnected nature present in Todd Philips Joker.
“Charmaine’s vision captured the aesthetic of the song perfectly, giving listeners a visual comprehension of the song. It was such an enjoyable experience!” says frontman Stephen Loreck. Drummer Elliot Lee adds, “The music video is a grunge take on Gotham city with a 90’s vibe and perfectly captures the dark and grungy feel of the song, adding another visual element to the listening experience.”
To celebrate the release, Late 90s are hitting the road! The four-piece will performing across their home state, kicking off in Fremantle on February 5. The run of shows will continue on to Bunbury and Margaret River, before wrapping up in Perth on February 18.
