New Zealand pop artist Taylor Roche is gearing up to drop his new single, day&night. If you're like us and can't wait to give the track a spin, you can listen to the song right here on MILKY!

Foraying into new sonic territory, day&night introduces us to a darker side of the musician, existing within a dark-pop realm that unfurls within a dreamy soundscape whilst Roche's mesmerising vocals float above. Throughout the track, the musician navigates a relationship keeps pulling you back in, even when the toxic red flags are loud and clear.

“It’s about that feeling when you know deep down that what you have with someone is destructive, yet for some reason you still find yourself gravitating back to them. It’s about navigating the heartbreak of losing someone that wasn’t right for you, but also not being able to let go.” Roche shares.

Inspired by the likes of iconic acts Prince, INXS, Chicago and The Backstreet Boys, and modern luminaries such as The Weeknd, Troye Sivan and The 1975, Roche made his debut in 2019 with Over It, following the track up with a string of singles that have led to day&night. The musician has performed across New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific Islands, with his eyes firmly set on releasing more music for the rest of the year.
