On the track, the musician navigates the bittersweet feeling of falling for someone, knowing your time together won’t last. Sunflower Eyes is the third track in a string of single releases from Patston this year. Earlier in the year, the singer released Rolling Souls and his collaboration with Zac Gomes, Calling You Sober. The tracks are set to appear on Patston’s upcoming sophomore EP.
The Blue Mountains born singer has spent the past few years perfecting his skills and honing in on his craft, performing across Sydney in pubs, bars, markets, pavements and bedrooms. Building his fanbase through his extensive performing, the singer supported local musician Tyne-James Organ in early 2019.
