Produced and co-written by Boler Mani, the breezy track elevates the musicians signature indie-pop approach to creating with refined sonics and captivating and honest lyricism. Willis' mesmerising vocals float atop shimmering guitar lines and simmering beats, whilst the track conceptually follows the demise of a relationship and the deception people can bring to feed their own desires.
Speaking of the track, the musician shares with MILKY: "Although the base premise of the track is about a pretty rough relationship I had, it's also about how people don't always come across as they seem. I feel that this is a huge problem in our society today, and is something that needs to be addressed. I know too many people who have/do pretend to be people they aren't to either get closer to somebody or to feel as if they fit in. It's unfortunate that many people feel this way, but hopefully, it'll change!"
The UK born musician made his debut last year with his single Miles, followed up by the release of Here With Me. Willis has spent the past year working on new material and growing his adoring fanbase, treating his ever growing audience with covers across his social platforms.
