18-year-old Australian rapper/singer, Sahxl has unveiled the visual for his latest single, My Mind. To celebrate the release, the musician has curated an exclusive playlist for MILKY, full of songs that have inspired his own sonic sound.
Continuing his collaborative effort with directors ASHI, the song visual follows and captures the toxic traits of a relationship and trying to leave it behind, themes explored throughout the conceptual nature of the track.
“My Mind is a track about infatuation, almost an obsession, with an ex-lover you may have once had,” Sahxl explains of the JofromYo (Pop Smoke, A Boogie With Da Hoodie, G Herbo) produced track. “It’s about the constant battle in your mind of trying to let go, but also trying to hold onto the memories you once had with this significant other.”
