French Korean American singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist spill tab has dropped her new single, CRÈME BRÛLÉE!. We caught up with the singer in Sydney to chat about the release, her artistry, visiting Australia and so much more!
Produced by Solomonophonic, the electronic-pop track brings together crunchy guitar work with glitching production that simmers beneath spill tab's luring vocals to create a dynamic listening experience. The track oozes with confidence and explodes into a frenzied chorus before leading us to a piano-led outro, showcasing the singers compositional prowess and continuing to solidly her place as one of the most exciting emerging artists.
The musical project of Claire Chicha, spill tab launched in 2018 with her debut single When U Call. Since then, the singer has shared a string of singles and her 2021 debut EP, Bonnie, with singles including Calvaire, Cotton Candy, Santé and PISTOLWHIP have earned spill tab over 10 million streams. Last month, the singer made her first trip to Australia, hosting headline shows and supporting American alt-rock trio Wallows on their east coast tour.
