Compton’s multi-hyphenate trailblazer Channel Tres has dropped his new single, 6am. We caught up with the musician in Sydney to chat about the release, his forthcoming project, performing live and so much more!
The energetic cut brings together all your disco, Motown and French Touch dreams, together creating a swirling soundscape that lures you onto the dance floor and will have you grooving the night away. The track explores the idea of cutting loose after a long week on the grind and forgetting all your troubles to dance the night away, led by Channel Tres' entrancing vocal performance. 6am arrives alongside an official visual, directed by Tajana Williams.
The musician has just visited our shores for a run of shows alongside Flume, whilst also hosting headline performances and DJ sets. With four EP's under his belt, Channel Tres is expected to reveal his next body of work, REAL CULTURAL SH*T, next year.
