GRAMMY® Award-winning musician, songwriter and producer FINNEAS has unveiled another taste of his long-awaited debut record, Optimist. The musician is also set to feature a track on the soundtrack for the hotly-anticipated film adaptation of the Tony Award-winning Broadway musical, Dear Evan Hansen.

The new track, The 90s, is a heartfelt moment from the musician, as he reflects on easier times pre-fame, where technology was limited and communication was easier to come by. The release arrives alongside an official visual, directed by Sam Bennettand choreographed by Monika Felice Smith.

Last year, the musician dropped released What They’ll Say About Us and Can’t Wait To Be Dead, following his 2019 debut EP, Blood Harmony. The critically acclaimed EP recieved a re-release, including a new track and a re-working of fan favourite, Let’s Fall In Love For The Night. Last year, FINNEAS took home 6 GRAMMY Awards® including the prestigious Producer of the Year, Non-Classical and Best Engineered Album, Non Classical as well as Record of the Year, Album of the Year and Song of the Year for his work with with his sister Billie Eilish on her No. 1 debut album WHEN WE ALL FALL ASLEEP, WHERE DO WE GO? and chart topping single bad guy.

Earlier this year, FINNEAS received two additional GRAMMY® Awards with his sister Billie Eilish for ‘everything i wanted’ (Record of the Year), as well as a Best Song Written For Visual category for 'No Time To Die', the official James Bond theme song, both produced by FINNEAS.
