Electric Fields are back with their empowering new single, Gold Energy. The release arrives alongside an official visual, directed by Nima Nabili Rad, and the news of a national tour.
The musical project of artist and performer Zaachariaha Fielding, and producer-composer Michael Ross, the revitalising and powerful track create a euphoric moment heralded by Fielding's captivating vocal performance. Paying homage to the singers heritage, the track includes Anangu language lyricism that furthers the empowering conceptual nature of Gold Energy.
“Gold Energy is about the shared spirit between people or animals or any living thing. When you receive that gold energy, you can sit with it and collect its goodness.” Fielding says of the track. Ross adds: “Whenever Z and I write a song, we always have an idea rooted in philosophy. This song is about stadium-level joy, that feeling in the best times of life: gold energy.”

To celebrate their new music, Electric Fields will be hitting the road! The duo will be embarking on a national tour in April next year, kicking off in Melbourne, before continuing on to Hobart, Sydney, Brisbane, Darwin and Fremantle, before wrapping up in Adelaide on May 7.
