DIZZY FAE OFFERS HYPNOTIC NEW SINGLE '360 BABY'

Image: Supplied.

Minneapolis vocalist and pop experimentalist Dizzy Fae has unveiled her new single, 36O Baby, a hypnotic, audacious and fearless track that will have you strutting your stuff.

With transfixing vocal transmissions and a pulsating chorus beat, the track was produced by Stelios (SZA, Young Thug, M.I.A.) with clear influences from the likes of Missy Elliott and Peaches. The song is all about manifesting what you want for yourself, and backing yourself until you make it happen

Speaking of 36O Baby, Fae shares: "360 Baby is about visualizing what you want and then going out and getting it. Manifestation plus persistence, simple as that! After having to cancel tour in March, I spent the next eight months writing to beat packs in my apartment. And then in November I met Stelios over FaceTime and we hit it off right away! We made 360 Baby completely over a zoom call and some voice memos."

The 21-year-old interdisciplinary artist is on a mission to interrogate the nuances and liberties of love and human connection. Born in St. Paul and based in Minneapolis, Fae is mixed-race and queer, and her art is an extension of her fluid nature and constant state of transformation. Belonging everywhere and nowhere. In her attempt to unearth the unknown from within, Fae frolics through the fringes of genre, laying her observations bare with burning confidence and an uncompromising spirit. Fae’s multi-dimensional talents are the product of conservatory training, years spent studying dance and vocal performance in a variety of genres including opera and jazz.

360 Baby is out now! Listen to the song below.
