ARIA nominated, multi-platinum Sydney-based rapper, ChillinIT is back with his new single, Pac Energy. The track serves as the first taste of his forthcoming mixtape, 420DNA, due out this October.
Teaming up with Sydney producer Tasker and scratching from the legendary DJ Izm, Pac Energy brings 90's hip-hop sensibilities below ChillinIT's melodic flow and charismatic performance made complete with interminable bars. The release arrives alongside an official visual, directed by Slippn.
“The world is missing simplicity, sometimes the step forward is to step back, this track is stepping back to the roots of the music and for the fans of my music over so many years, from the scratching of DJ Izm to have you feeling like you're in Brooklyn to the relentless bars and wordplay from the opening bar, it’s an aggressive in your face reminder saying that “you better come with some bars if you want this spot” the rapper shares.

To celebrate the release of 420DNA, ChillinIT will be hitting the road on a national tour. Kicking off at Metro City in Perth on October 14, the tour will continue on to Sydney's Metro Theatre and Melbourne's Northcote Theatre on October 21 and November 10 respectively.
