Sydney six-piece Boomchild are back, delivering another funky track that will have you grooving along. Continuing their fusion of nu-funk and hip-hop, the group enlist Ghanaian-Australian hip-hop artist and producer Yawdoesitall on Fussin'.
Built upon slinky smooth beats and a thumping bass line, the release fuses together an array of sonic flavours to create one unique sonic realm that simmers beneath soulful melodies and spitfire verses. The lustful track navigates falling for someone and putting in all your effort to win their affection.
Boomchild will return to the stage next month, hosting a co-headline show with emerging artist, BOY SODA. Taking place on December 4, the show follows up the bands set at Yours & Owls Festival earlier this year, where they infamously shut down the stage. The collective will then perform at Young Henrys Best Served Loud next January, alongside The Regime, Johnny Hunter, The Pinheads, Bec Sandridge and more.
Fussin' is out now!
