ALANIS MORISSETTE JAGGED LITTLE PILL 25TH ANNIVERSARY REISSUE

25 years ago Alanis Morissette took the world by storm with her album Jagged Little Pill. Today the music icon announced a special 25th anniversary reissue of the album.

The reissue will feature new acoustic live recordings of the tracks, recorded in March earlier this year at the Shepherd’s Bush. Morissette shared the acoustic recording of her hit track Ironic and told fans “That show was such a memorable one, and I can’t wait for you to hear it.”

If that wasn’t enough, all the music videos from the era have been remastered in 4K and will drop on Morissette’s youtube channel from June 26 to July 2. The deluxe album reissue will be available on Friday, June 26.

Morissette was slated to headline Byron Bay’s Bluesfest this year until the festival was postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic. The singer had announced an Australian arena tour scheduled for the same time. These shows have now been rescheduled to November this year.

Morissette will release her ninth studio album, Such Pretty Forks in the Road, on July 31. Check out the acoustic recording of Ironic, live from Shepherd’s Bush, below!
