After a long six months of no festivals, no exciting line up announcements and cancelled festivals, Yours & Owls have come through for the nation and dropped their mammoth line up for the 2021 edition of the festival!
The festival, which will take place in Wollongong next January, was originally slated to take place this October. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, organisers were forced to postpone.
The lineup mostly consists of Aussie acts, headlined Tones and I with New Zealand’s viral star, BENEE coming along for the ride. Rounding out the main acts are DMA’s, Lime Cordiale, PNAU, Hockey Dad, Cosmo’s Midnight, Hayden James, Winston Surfshirt, What So Not and Running Touch.
They will be joined by the likes of The Smith Street Band, Slowly Slowly, B Wise, George Alice, Yours Truly, Good Lekker and many more. The festival are also hosting a variety of South Coast acts including Left Side Filter, Alice And The Bird and Big Twisty and the Funk Nasty.
In a statement, Yours & Owls ensured ticket holders “The safety and wellbeing of our community is supreme; we will be working with local health advisors right up until the gates open to ensure the festival is operating within whatever parameters are needed come Jan 2021.”
Yours & Owls will take place on Saturday, 23rd and Sunday, 24th January at Wollongong’s Stuart Park. Pre-sale for the festival begins next Wednesday, July 22, 8:30am AEST, with general release tickets available from next Thursday, July 23, 8:30am AEST. Sign up for the pre-sale here!
