WINONA OAK CELEBRATES INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY COLLABORATING WITH ELIO FOR SINGLE 'NOBODY LOVES ME'

In honour of International Women’s Day Winona Oak has teamed up with ELIO for their new single and video Nobody Loves Me.

The single captures a light hearted take with sweet melodies mixed with an electronic vibe that really could be the soundtrack to a Nancy Meyers rom-com but with a modern twist. Whilst the title suggests a more melancholic tone, the song in itself contrasts that completely.

Born and raised in the Nordic forests of Sweden, the musician spent her childhood training as a horse acrobat and pursued creative expression however she could, writing poetry and songs from a young age. Born into a musical family, Oak sang throughout her youth and began playing violin at 5 years old and piano at 9 years. After moving to Stockholm to pursue her passion for music, a leap of faith to attend Neon Gold Records’ writing retreat in the Nicaraguan jungle in 2017 led her to Australian electronic maestro What So Not, before a number of collaboration with American hit-makers, The Chainsmokers. Her debut single He Don't Love Me was a runaway success, amassing 50 million streams, before the release of her acclaimed EP, She.
