Australian musician Tyne-James Organ has shared his powerful new single, Not Ready For Love.
Weaving power ballad elements within a rock soundscape, the hopeful track navigates accepting and understanding lost love. Not Ready For Love also juxtaposes the difficult emotions with upbeat melodies and instrumentation, that leaves you dancing along while being hit with all these emotions. “I find myself being able to dance and cry at the same time to this one. Love is a never ending cycle we live over and over, so part of me wanted to share the irony in that.” the singer shared.
Directed by Simon Morehead, the release is accompanied by a stunning visual, which depicts the singer exploring Australia’s vast and beautiful landscape searching for inner solace. Throughout the clip, Organ shows a different side to his creativity, pulling out some wicked dance moves that erupt with the tracks pulsating beat and catch melodies.
“The clip sees me head out west on a journey into unfamiliar places.” says Organ “Whilst you’ll see some moments of reflection, I wanted to show a heap more of my personality in this one. A big part of that comes from my dancing. Other than my lyrics, my moves are the only way I can express myself in full. I wanted to take a fun and joyful approach to these situations we all find ourselves in, to show how I try to look at things, and also that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. We may enter that tunnel again, but there’s always a light.”
To celebrate the release, the singer will be hitting the road, performing a string of shows across New South Wales. Organ will visit Wollongong, Narrabeen, Newcastle and Sydney, before wrapping the tour up in Byron Bay. Find out all the details below.
