TOVE LO ANNOUNCES 2027 AUSTRALIAN TOUR

Tove Lo is bringing her glorious brand of pop back to Australia, with the Swedish provocateur announcing an ESTRUS TOUR run across Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney and Perth in March 2027. And she isn’t coming alone. Along for every Australian date is SALTY - one of our most exciting emerging artists.

Kicking off in Brisbane on March 1, the run of shows will continue on to Melbourne and Sydney, before wrapping up in Perth on March 7. “I love going down under,” Tove Lo says. “Australia I’m coming back! It’s gonna be sweatier, dirtier and more emotional than ever… love u xxx.”

Australian fans will have several chances to get tickets early, with Mastercard and Artist Presales opening Friday, 11 September at 9am local time and running until Monday, 14 September at 9am. Secret Sounds and Live Nation Presales then open Monday, 14 September at 9am and close Tuesday, 15 September at 9am, with registration required. Mastercard Preferred Ticket access, including select premium seats, begins Tuesday, 15 September at 10am.

The tour arrives behind ESTRUS, her sixth studio album, which lands worldwide on September 18. Named after the biological term for a female mammal in heat, the record promises another dose of the fearless, sexually charged and emotionally exposed pop that has made Tove Lo such a singular force.

Drawing from Swedish dance-pop influences including The Knife and Robyn, ESTRUS pushes her sound further into propulsive electro-pop. The album was made with longtime collaborator Ludvig Söderberg, alongside Elvira Anderfjärd and Luka Kloser, and features a collaboration with Belgian superstar Stromae.

Much of the record was created in Los Angeles, Stockholm and a remote Swedish fishing village where Tove Lo spent summers growing up. Returning there meant confronting the experiences that shaped her - depression, eating struggles, heartbreak, family turmoil and loss - and turning that history into something loud, physical and unapologetically alive.

That emotional honesty is exactly what makes the pairing with SALTY so exciting. After breaking through with her debut EP the other side and the standout See U In 3, SALTY has quickly emerged as a serious new force in Australian pop. Recent tracks including Touch Grass” and The Eye have showcased an artist who knows how to turn chaos, vulnerability and everyday mess into hooks that demand to be sung back.

With her electrifying stage presence and seamless blend of pop vocals and sharp choreography, Salty knows how to command a crowd and set the tone for a high-energy show. As a performer who bridges pop artistry with dynamic dance, Salty brings the kind of charisma and showmanship made for arenas.

If Tove Lo has spent her career proving that pop can be filthy, funny, heartbreaking and brutally honest all at once, SALTY looks increasingly ready to carry that torch into the next generation.
