Sydney-based four-piece The Sooks have are ending the year with their new single, Red Brick House.

Delving deeper into the indie-rock sonics present on their previous releases, the bands latest offering brings jangly guitar melodies glistening above driving percussion. Frontman Corey Fitzsimons captivating vocals bring the songs lyricism to life, as the song explores the tropes of what people perceive to be goals in life and the mundane undertone of living an ordinary life.

'The song is about escaping the mundanity of everyday life and letting loose.' the band share.

Having formed during high school, the four-piece made their debut earlier this year with Motley. Having already cut their teeth within Sydney's live music scene, the band will launch the single with an exclusive launch show at Sydney's Vic On The Park on December 9.
