Aussie alt-rockers The Rubens are celebrating a massive milestone, the 10th anniversary of the release of their self-titled debut album.
On Friday Sept 9, the five piece will release a new purple and white marbled vinyl pressing of the album, featuring the seminal tracks Lay It Down, My Gun and The Best We Got. The band will also drop an exclusive line of ‘Still Laying It Down' merchandise, featuring imagery from the album.
If that wasn't enough, The Rubens their own festival! Valleyways will take over the bands hometown of Camden on September 10, with Middle Kids, Skeggs, Spiderbait, Slowly Slowly joining the band for an evening of stellar live music. The local fun continues with a collaboration with boutique distillery Mountain Gin, which will see the release of a new gin, inspired by the record. Tickets to Valleyways are on sale now!
