Sydney indie-pop quartet The Flowers have dropped their new track, Wore It Like I Stole It. Their third release of the year, the song follows up their shimmering debut Truly Madly Sleepy and You Don’t Say!

The boisterous song continues the bands exploration wow indie sounds, with frontwoman Agnes O'Dwyer giving a powerful vocal performance. “Wore It Like I Stole It is about keeping your guard up” O'Dwyer shared.“Being ‘guarded’ is often painted in a bad light. It's seen as cold and distant, but this song talks about how protecting your heart and keeping your walls up isn't always such a bad thing. The song is also about the process of growing your self confidence - how sometimes you feel like strutting your stuff and "wearing" your confidence for the world to see and other times you're self conscious and overthinking."

The four-piece are set to return to the stage this month, supporting Yorke at Sydney's The Lansdowne before playing with Clews and Egoism next month at The Vanguard in Sydney.
