Punk-rockers Teen Jesus and the Jean Teasers have shared the visual for their latest single, AHHHH!.
The intimate visual offers a behind-the-scenes glimpse into the recording process behind the song, working with Domestic La La label-head and Violent Soho guitarist, James Tidswell. “Braiding James’s hair was a perfect reflection of our time with him in the studio - magical, exhilarating and life changing," the band share of the clip.
"AHHHH! is loosely about navigating a relationship with someone you have known for a long time but their character changes," says vocalist Anna Ryan. "You find yourself making excuses for them and forgiving them when the answer is clear that sometimes you just need to ditch and move the heck on!"
Forming whilst in high school, Teen Jesus and the Jean Teasers having been paving their own way since making their debut in 2019. With appearances at festivals including BIGSOUND, Groovin’ The Moo, Laneway, Falls, Lost Paradise and Spilt Milk, and support slots for Polish Club, Alex Lahey, Press Club, WAAX & more, the group have shared a string of singles, and signed to Domestic La La earlier this year.
