The Old Timey Version is available to stream exclusively on Amazon Music

Global superstar Taylor Swift is continuing her reign as the queen of November, this time teaming up with Amazon Music to unveil a new reimagining of her instant classic holiday track, Christmas Tree Farm. The track arrives only weeks after the release of the celebrated Red (Taylor's Version).

Recorded at Abbey Road Studios in London, the new version sees the singer front a 70-piece orchestra, bringing a whole new seasonal nostalgia to the song. Available exclusively for all Amazon Music listeners globally, the song was inspired by Swift's youth growing up on a Christmas tree farm in Pennsylvania.

"This new version is amazing because it feels like its that more sort of laid back Christmas feel of doing all your shopping and relaxing by a fire and you know, it's definitely a little bit more of that old-school Christmas song feel." Swift shares of the release.

Ryan Redington, VP of music industry at Amazon Music, shares: “Taylor Swift is an icon who has shattered streaming records on Amazon Music over the years, and this season, we’re thrilled to bring this new, timeless version of Christmas Tree Farm to her fans as they gather with friends and family for the holidays.”

Red (Taylor’s Version) is the latest in a string of re-recorded albums from the singer, made complete thirty tracks, including a number of unreleased songs that existed within fandom folklore. Songs fans never knew existed, and the infamous ten minute version of one of the greatest songs Swift has ever blessed us with, All Too Well. Earlier this year, Swift released her first re-recorded album, Fearless (Taylor’s Version).

The album has taken the musician to new heights, with Swift scoring her tenth number one album on the US Billboard 200 albums chart, as All Too Well (10 Minute Version) has just been named the longest song to reach number one on Billboard's Hot 100. Twenty six out of the thirty songs featured on the re-release are charting on the Hot 100, breaking her own 2019 record.
