Gumbaynggirr rapper Tasman Keith has teamed up with six-time ARIA Award winner Genesis Owusu on CHEQUE, serving as the latest taste of the musicians hotly-anticipated debut album, A Colour Undone.

The track picks up where 5FT FREESTYLE left off, bringing back the songs devilish ego for another spin with Keith's flow simmering above blistering production. Owusu joins to unleash his own wrath, with the duo sharing a dynamic cut that arrives alongside an official visual.

"CHEQUE is the continuation of the character introduced in 5FT FREESTYLE split into two parts, the abrasive ego and then the controlled version of that ego. Lyrically it’s just having something to say over some crazy production. I called Genesis and told him I had a joint for him to talk his shit on… a few weeks later he rolled through and locked in the verse." Keith shares. Owusu adds, "Tasman specifically told me to flex. Talk that talk. The weirdo shit is cool but it's time to rap."

To celebrate his new music, Keith is currently the road on his COLOUR LIVE Tour. Having already performed in Naarm/Melbourne, Eora / Sydney and Meanjin / Brisbane, the musician will take to the stage in Ngunnawal Land / Canberra, Dharawal Land / Wollongong, Mulubinba / Newcastle, Ngarang-wal Land / Gold Coast and Gubbi Gubbi Land / Maroochydoore, before wrapping up in Yugarabul Land / North Lakes on April 30.
