Wollongong-based musician Stevan is keeping the hits coming with his new single, Auto. The release arrives alongside an official visual, directed by the musician himself.

The genre-melding release continues to showcase Stevan's dynamic prowess as a songwriter and producer, creating a textural soundscape laced with brimming guitar melodies and charismatic drum work. The musicians lulling vocals float above, as he explores moving on from a toxic relationship.

AUTO is a throwback to the sounds that got me into music. The indie guitar tone, dirty drum sounds and lush harmonies all reflect elements of music I was listening to. The song is about letting go of unhealthy relationships and embracing yourself.” the musician shares.

Earlier this year, Warner Music Australia announced their global partnership with Purple Phase, a new label run by brothers Zaac, Sam and Elliott Margin from the platinum selling group The Rubens, and their managers Greg Carey and Michael Ridgewell. Serving as the labels first official signing, Stevan released his first single under the label, Crash, which saw him team up with Virginia based indie artist Tommy Richman.
