LA indie-pop duo Sleeping Lion have delivered their new single, CTFO. The track is set to appear on the duos forthcoming body of work, Most Improved.
Built upon bright piano melodies and captivating production, the dynamic track weaves together subtle threads of jazz within a bopping pop sonic realm, whilst Noah Longworth McGuire mesmerising vocals lure you in. The anthemic release serves as a reminder that you can't control everything, and to step back and take a breather when life feels overwhelming.
“It’s about that desperate feeling of just wanting it all to stop for a second,” the duo share. “It’s is an anthem for anyone who needs someone in their lives (themselves included) to just Chill The F**K Out.”
The musical project of McGuire and Nate Flaks, the duo began working collaboratively following a chance encounter with Halsey, before working on their initial tracks remotely from Rome and New York. Fast forward to present day, Sleeping Lion have a string of singles and two EP's under their belt, and have worked with Transviolet, Emilia Ali, Salem Ilese and Lizzy Land. The duo are currently working on a new EP, with CTFO serving as the latest taste of new music.
