Sydney-based alternative-rock trio RADICALS have unveiled the visual for their new single, i hate myself. Shot, directed and edited by Nelson Faulds of Level 48 Visuals, the clip was filmed at The Good Egg Studios in Riverstone.
The visual depicts the three-piece performing the cathartic track, whilst baffling visuals engulf them, created a distorted and warped realm that takes the viewer through mystifying graphics.
Speaking of the visual, frontman Brandon Wade shares: “We’d be lying if we said we had a set vision for this music video. We got together with our director at this insane studio, explained the meaning of the song and basically just let him do his thing, and he pulled it together perfectly. The video adds a whole other feel to the track and really makes it hit a lot harder. We couldnt be happier with it.”
Made up of Wade, Myles Harrison and Nick Karim, the trio will be hitting the road the road on their east coast tour, kicking off tomorrow night in Gosford. This continues on from the group selling out headline shows across NSW and the Gold Coast, including at The Lansdowne, Oxford Art Factory and Vinnies Dive Bar, and supporting homegrown favourites Ruby Fields, LOSER and The Dead Love.
