Last month, Brisbane-based singer/songwriter Georgia Dutton released her third track, Far Away. We’re excited to give fans an exclusive first look at the songs music video before its official release!
The honest and vulnerable track is an examination of how relationships can shift from love to heartbreak. Directed by Clara MacGregor, the music video sets a melancholic tone opening with darker images of rainfall before quickly pivoting to happiness and light.
On the clip, Dutton shared exclusively with MILKY: “Making this video helped me come to terms with who I truly needed in my life to succeed. I think it’s really important to normalise putting your personal needs before the needs of others because in the long run, I’ll regret wasting precious time on those who didn’t reciprocate and that is what ‘Far Away’ encapsulates.”
