Last night, we were treated to the ultimate celebration of Australian music as the ARIA Awards took over Sydney’s iconic Hordern Pavillion. Hosted by Tim Blackwell, the ceremony celebrated the achievements of our local artists over the past year.
With epic performances from Amy Shark, Angie McMahon, Ava Max, Teen Jesus and the Jean Teasers, Cyril with Becca Hatch and Budjerah, The Kid Laroi, and Pixies, three performances proved to be standout moments in ARIA history. 3% teamed up with Jessica Mauboy and The Presets Julian Hamilton performing Won’t Stop and Our People. Acclaimed country music star Troy Cassar-Daley performed alongside international country superstar Kane Brown and homegrown legend Kasey Chambers. Of course, what better way to end the show than with a performance from ARIA Hall Of Fame inductee, Missy Higgins. The singer performed a medley of The Second Act, The Special Two and Scar, and was joined on stage by Shark, McMahon, Gretta Ray and G Flip.
