Offshore Projects has shared his new single, Early Morning. The track brings tongue-in-cheek lyricism whilst the musician navigates moving out of home at an age he describes as "way too old". Navigating everyday failures and anxieties, Early Morning is set to appear on the musicians forthcoming EP.
Speaking of the track, the musician shares: "This song is a real positive note for me. It’s about feeling excited and content being on the same page as someone else, even when you’re apart from each other. It really contrasts the other songs on the EP by pushing past the anxiousness for a change.”
The musical project of Jonas Nicholls, the musician put his energy into his former band SURES prior to the creation of Offshore Projects. They toured Australia for years supporting a bunch artists such as Best Coast, Real Estate, Wavves, Vampire Weekend, The Rubens, Rufus Du Sol, Dune Rats, Alpine, Matt Corby as well as playing Laneway Festival in 2012 and Secret Garden Festival in 2013.
