GRAMMY Award-winning rockers Muse have made their return with their electrifying new single, Won't Stand Down.
Produced by the band and mixed by Dan Lancaster (Bring Me The Horizon, Enter Shikari), the dynamic track is heralded by heavy guitar work beneath front man Matt Bellamy's commanding and captivating vocals. Conceptually, the anthemic release is all about knowing your worth and taking back the power in the face of those who try to bring you down.
Speaking of the track, front man Matt Bellamy shares, “Won’t Stand Down is a song about standing your ground against bullies, whether that be on the playground, at work or anywhere. Protecting yourself from coercion and sociopathic manipulation and to face adversity with strength, confidence and aggression.”
The release arrives alongside an official visual, directed by the award-winning filmmaker Jared Hogan (girl in red, Joji). Filmed in Kyiv, Ukraine, the menacing clip follows a mysterious being in their attempt to thwart a dark army by taking away their power.
