With this years festival cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Lollapalooza will commemorate this years festival with a virtual celebration.
The festival will broadcast a free, four-night, virtual event kicking off this Friday at 8am AEST. Exclusively live on YouTube, the virtual festival will feature archival footage of years past as well as a handful of exclusive live performances.
The lineup of performances includes previous Aussie Lollapalooza performers such as Alison Wonderland and Skegss. They’ll be joined by archival performances from Lorde, LCD Soundsystem, Metallica, Ellie Goulding, A$AP Rocky, The Cure, Paul McCartney, Chance The Rapper, Kehlani, Tove Lo, OutKast, Yungblud and many more.
There will also be special guest appearances from Michelle Obama, Common, John Dempsey and more!
