This collaboration between two global forces - JISOO, the K-pop powerhouse and fashion icon, and ZAYN, the genre-defying vocalist and seasoned hitmaker - feels like a serendipitous meeting of artistic minds.

At its core, EYES CLOSED is a duet about surrender; falling headfirst into love while willingly ignoring the baggage that came before. The track’s layered production bends the rules of genre, blending ambient pop with swells touches of R&B. Their verses intertwine like a secret being cautiously shared, eventually blooming into a chorus that’s is built hopeful for the future and jumping headfirst together. 

Visually, EYES CLOSED pushes the theme further with a sci-fi-infused music video. Drifting alone in a sterile spacecraft, JISOO and ZAYN explore isolation and intimacy against a backdrop that subtly echoes the emotional solitude of past heartbreaks. The parallels to Morten Tyldum’s Passengers are evident, capturing the 2016 films essence.

JISOO’s contribution comes amid the whirlwind success of BLACKPINK’s Deadline World Tour, where she continues to command global stages with ease. Meanwhile, ZAYN is poised to launch his first Las Vegas residency in early 2026, an era that promises reinvention and resurgence.
