Multimedia creative Jaguar Jonze has shared the visual for her latest single, Little Fires, which serves as the singers bid to represent Australia in the 2022 Eurovision Song Contest in Italy.

Directed and edited by Jonze herself, the clip showcases the singer tied in Shibari, an ancient form of artistic Japanese rope art crafted by Brisbane-based Shibari artist Nawa Musubi. The empowering track serves as a reminder of the power and strength of lifting one another, celebrating how our past has led us to the present and the promise of a bright future. Building to a frenzied finish, Jonze's powerful vocal performance commands attention atop flurrying production.

"I wanted my Eurovision song to be for those moments where it was hard to stay strong, for those times I felt overwhelmed by what I had taken on." the singer shares. "I am constantly defining what vulnerability means to me. Growing up, vulnerability was seen as a weakness, but now to me, I see vulnerability as strength. And I'm seeing this reflected in my lyrics and songwriting. Little Fires is a moment for me to share a vulnerable side of me that I haven't before."

Jonze will go head to head with Andrew Lambrou, Sheldon Riley, G-Nat!on, PAULINI, Charley, Erica Padilla, G-Nation, Isaiah Firebrace and Evie Irie, Jude York, Seann Miley Moore and Voyager at Eurovision – Australia Decides later this month. Each artist will perform original songs for their chance to represent Australia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2022 in Turin, Italy. We spoke to Ireland's 2022 Eurovision contender Brooke about her song That's Rich, the impact of the song contest and more. Read the interview here!
