Australian singer-songwriter Greg Gould has enlisted Grammy-winning producer Dave Audé for a remix of his latest single, Marching On. The track serves as the official anthem for Darwin Pride 2023, and is set to appear on the musicians forthcoming album 'Strings Attached.

The song serves as a an empowering anthem that documents queer struggle and the importance of acceptance through powerful and thought provoking lyricism. The remix juxtaposes the tracks more serious message with upbeat production, driven by booming beats and commanding melodies. Audé's work on the track recontextualises the songs more mid-tempo nature into an electrifying listening experience that will leave you ready to take on the world.

‘It’s such an honour to collaborate with the legendary Dave Aude - his remixes are iconic and he’s worked with the best in the biz – I love his mix of ‘Marching On’; it instantly makes you feel good. I wrote this song for the outcasts, the underdogs and the minorities to inspire them to live their truth loudly and proudly and stand up for who they are!’. Dave's production is epic! It's bold, it's fierce and it makes you wanna dance!" Gould shares of the remix.

Gould has spent the start of 2023 on stage, performing with SYNTHONY - a live experience that fuses together electronic and orchestral music. He's taken to the stage at Full Moon Fest in New York City and the Sydney Mardi Gras official after party, and played the half-time performance of Pride Cup. Taking place this June, Gould is set to headline Darwin Pride 2023.
