Folk and blues musician Grace Cummings has signed a worldwide deal with US indie label ATO Records, joining fellow Aussie acts Amyl and The Sniffers and King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard on the labels roster.
”Personally, I am incredibly excited to be working with Grace,” says ATO President Jon Salter. “She is a unique talent with immensely chilling and massive vocal prowess, and there is huge potential there. We are confident we can build a fanbase for her music around the world.”
With her first release under the label set for later this year, Cummings has also joined the roster of two prestigious international booking agencies, who are working on touring opportunities in the post-Covid world. She is represented by Clemence Renaut ATC Live for UK/Europe and Erik Selz at Arrival Artists for North America with Paul Sloan of Supersonic as her live agent in Australia.
Cummings debut album, Refuge Cove, was released through Flightless Records in 2019, earning critical acclaim. The musician has supported the likes of Weyes Blood, Evan Dando, J Mascis and the Allah-Lahs in Melbourne, and played headline shows to sold out audiences at The Tote and Northcote Social Club.
