Last night, 4x ARIA Award winner Genesis Owusu hit the Afterpay Australian Fashion Week runway to perform his song WUTD at Afterpay's Future Of Fashion runway show.

The musician strut his stuff on the runway during kimbralou's presentation, donning a green suit laced with pink highlights that reminded audience members to "stay woke", a pivotal message of the brand. Launched by Kimbra Louise, kimbralou offers exclusive sustainable designs created from thrifted pieces.

Late last year, Owusu took home four out of his eight nominations at the 2021 ARIA Awards, including Album Of The Year for Smiling With No Teeth, Best Hip Hop Release Presented By Menulog, and Best Independent Release Presented by PPCA. Best Cover Art was also awarded to Kofi Ansah and Bailey Howard for their work on the albums imagery.

The musician recently wrapped up his Australian and North American legs of the Smiling With No Teeth Tour, performing to sold out crowds across both continents. Read our review of Owusu's Sydney performance here!
