GRAMMY nominated British band Florence + The Machine are returning to Australia! The band have announced a national tour, in support of their hotly-anticipated fifth studio album, Dance Fever.
Kicking off in Perth on March 4 2023 at RAC Arena, the run of shows will continue on to Melbourne's Rod Laver Arena and Sydney's Qudos Bank Arena, before wrapping up Brisbane on March 17 at Brisbane Entertainment Centre. The band are also set to visit New Zealand for a performance in Auckland on March 17, with American singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist King Princess set to join all stops on the tour.
Florence + The Machine have been teasing their forthcoming record with a number of spellbinding tracks, including the albums lead single King. Heralded by front woman Florence Welch's bewitching vocals, the song dissects gender-defined roles, with a particular focus on womanhood and femininity, navigating the conflict of career vs family and thriving in both aspects. Their latest single, Free, casts Bill Nighy alongside Welch in the songs Autumn de Wilde directed visual.
Dance Fever is out May 13!
