FIRST LOOK AT 'BILLIE EILISH: THE WORLD'S A LITTLE BLURRY'

Music superstar Billie Eilish has shared the first look at her highly anticipated documentary feature film Billie Eilish: The World’s A Little Blurry. Apple TV+ unveiled the trailer for the film, showing milestone clips filmed over the past few years as well as archival family footage.


Directed by award-winning filmmaker R.J. Cutler (Belushi, The September Issue, The War Room), Eilish collaborated with Apple Original Films on the documentary, in association with Interscope Films, Darkroom, This Machine and Lighthouse Management & Media. The film is set to tell the true coming-of-age story of the singer-songwriter and her rise to global superstardom.

2020 shaped up to be a massive year for Eilish, kicking off the year by taking home 6 Grammy® Awards. Eilish took home the awards for the ceremonies four most coveted categories, Best New Artist, Album of the Year, Record of the Year and Song of the Year. Shortly after, the singer took to the stage at the 92nd Oscars® to perform a stellar rendition of The Beatles’ Yesterday. If that wasn’t enough, Eilish topped the charts once again, this time being honoured with writing and recording the official James Bond theme song No Time To Die, for the forthcoming MGM/Eon Productions James Bond Motion Picture, No Time To Die.

Eilish also dropped the acclaimed my future and Therefore I Am and performed her first ever global livestream concert. WHERE DO WE GO? THE LIVESTREAM. The livestream concert utilised state-of-the-art XR technology, creating a fully immersive experience for fans worldwide. Using multiple cameras, angles and 3D environments, ticket holders were be able to step inside the singers mind, as she performed a captivating live set.


Billie Eilish: The World’s A Little Blurry is out in theatres and on Apple TV+ in February 2021. Watch the trailer below.
