Eli Greeneyes has made his return with his new single, Tragedy. Weaving together influences of rock and hip-hop, the track brings vulnerable and self-reflective lyrics from the musician, reflecting on a series of life-changing events and relationships.
Speaking of the track, the musician shares: "Tragedy is about coping mechanisms, escapism and letting go of drama within your life and relationship. I wrote this song as a purge to my always stressful, anxiety filled, depression driven life and the realisation that it must be pretty full on to be in a relationship with someone who has a lot of unsolved issues that arise in unhealthy ways".
Following on from a string of singles, Tragedy is the first release of many from Greeneyes this year, with the musician also set to embark on a tour of Western Australia this April and May.
Tragedy is out now! Listen to the track and find out all the details on Eli Greeneyes upcoming tour, below.
