Global hit-maker Ed Sheeran has enlisted rising singer-songwriter Budjerah on a remix of his latest single, 2step. Sheeran presented Budjerah with the ARIA Award for Michael Gudinski Breakthrough Artist Award at last years ceremony.
“I was so shocked to have won my first ARIA Award for Breakthrough Artist at last Year ARIAs, and it meant so much to me that Ed Sheeran was the one who read my name out. To now be featuring on the Australian remix of Ed’s track 2Step and have it released globally as I’m just starting my first overseas tour, it’s really exciting!!” Budjerah shares of the release
Budjerah is currently embarking on his debut world tour, currently on the road across the UK and Europe. Visiting London, Brighton and Paris for headline performances, the singer will also support Vance Joy on his European tour. The musician will then jet to North America for performances in Los Angeles and New York, before rejoining Joy for his Australian run of shows later this year.
Sheeran will make his long-awaited return to Australian stages later this year, performing stadium shows across Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth.
