Drummer, producer and DJ Tim Commandeur is back with an invigorating new track from his solo musical project, Commandeur. Built upon driving synths from Julian Hamilton (The Presets), Already Gone (Walls Are Bending) brings the drama to electronic music, and features guest vocals from Lola Scott.

Speaking of the track, Commandeur shares: “We’ve all been to a house party where we’ve overindulged… Perhaps it was your chance to break down the walls with someone there, only to lose yourself on the way. Or maybe you’ve helped someone navigate those rocky waters where reality starts crumbling. Either way, this song is about that experience”.

Commandeur also serves as a collaborative project, with each release seeing the musician team up with different friends in the industry. 2020 saw the release of four singles from the artist, including a collaboration with long time friend KLP, and also dropped a remix for Set Mo. Commandeur has supported the likes of heavyweight Aussie talent Pnau, playing on their sold out return tour in Sydney and showcasing at Electronic Music Conference. The musician has recently signing to Select Music, with the intent on making a big return to live music in 2021.

With over sixteen years working in the music industry, Commandeur burst onto the scene in ARIA award winning band Operator Please. Outside of his solo efforts, the musician is drumming for bands and artists such as Pnau, Tkay Maidza, King Princess and Dua Lipa.
