Alt-pop artist Carlie Hanson has returned with her blazing new track Off My Neck.
Bringing her signature punk infused vocals to the track, Hanson explores the lies and deceit of a soured friendship, and the lingering effects of moving on without one another. The track arrives alongside an official visual, directed by Ryan Baxley, with a panoramic view of Los Angeles serving as a picturesque backdrop whilst the singer cuts loose whilst performing the track,
“’Off My Neck’ is about a friendship that goes sideways and how you want to escape your own brain just to stop thinking about it - especially when it’s someone you thought would be in your life forever,” Hanson shares of the track.
Hanson will return to the stage this weekend, with a sold-out performance at The Moroccan Lounge in Los Angeles, marking the singers first performance since early last year. The singer has two EP's under her belt, 2019's Junk and 2020's DestroyDestroyDestroyDestroy. Hanson has toured the world, performing alongside Lauv, Troye Sivan, Yungblud across the US, Europe and Australia
