LA-based hip-hop artist Blxst has revealed the visual for his latest single Got It All, which features fellow LA rapper Dom Kennedy.
Featured on the musicians recent deluxe release of No Love Lost, the visual depicts the musician in an art gallery, creating a piece of art inspired by the object of his desire. Complimenting the themes and lyrics of the song, the creative visual taps into the world of fine art, featuring Dom and Blxst as they explore an art gallery and flex their own artistic skills.
Speaking of the collaboration, Blxst shares: “Dom Kennedy is the epitome of LA. I look at him like my generation’s Ice Cube. It was only right to link up and capture a classic moment.” His collaborator Kennedy adds that Blxst is “one of the flyest from his generation. I expect to hear a lot of Blxst this next decade.”
The deluxe release of No Love Lost features six new tracks and additional collaborations from Ty Dolla $ign, Tyga, and Bino Rideaux, each showcasing his signature finesse, nimble lyricism, and soulful melodies. Blxst began his solo music career in Los Angeles in 2015 after writing, producing, and honing his sound. He’s been an artist to watch ever since, releasing his first single, Who Would’ve Thought.
