The wait is over!

Music superstar Billie Eilish's highly anticipated sophomore album is here! Happier Than Ever was written in full by the 19-year-old and her brother FINNEAS who produced the album in Los Angeles.

The sixteen track release features the previously released singles Your Power, Lost Cause, NDA, my future and Therefore I Am. The record sees the singer flirt with new sonics, moving away from her signature twisted dark-pop sonics, instead dipping in and out of genres. Offering a modern take on old-Hollywood glamour, the singer has swapped out out dark and spine-chilling imagery for light and warm tones, showing a lighter side this time around whilst also commenting on serious themes.

Speaking of the release, Eilish shares: this was the most fulfilling most satisfying and profound experience i’ve ever had with my music. finneas and i were just on cloud 9 making this album i feel.. i love every song on this project so so much it literally scares me thinking about putting it out into the world for anyone to listen to. i feel like crying. i grew so much in the process of making this album and experienced so much self realization and self reflection. i wish i could go back and make this album all over again because it was some of the best nights in my life. i love you finneas thank you for being you. i couldn’t ask for a better brother and collaborator, you are my whole world and i couldn’t do any of this without you. anyway i’m so excited and nervous and blaaah… please take care of this project, it means the world to me."

2020 shaped up to be a massive year for Eilish, kicking off the year by taking home 6 Grammy® Awards. Eilish took home the awards for the ceremonies four most coveted categories, Best New Artist, Album of the Year, Record of the Year and Song of the Year. Shortly after, the singer took to the stage at the 92nd Oscars® to perform a stellar rendition of The Beatles’ Yesterday. If that wasn’t enough, Eilish topped the charts once again, this time being honoured with writing and recording the official James Bond theme song No Time To Die, for the forthcoming MGM/Eon Productions James Bond Motion Picture, No Time To Die.

Earlier this year, the singer unveiled her acclaimed documentary feature film Billie Eilish: The World’s A Little Blurry. Directed by award-winning filmmaker R.J. Cutler (Belushi, The September Issue, The War Room), Eilish collaborated with Apple Original Films on the documentary, in association with Interscope Films, Darkroom, This Machine and Lighthouse Management & Media. The film showcased the true coming-of-age story of the singer-songwriter and her rise to global superstardom.
